Gordon Lennon - president

In 1970, Gordon started his career in New York City as the Corporate Equipment Manager for Hertz Equipment. After quickly climbing the ranks, Gordon was tapped by Hertz senior management to “build the western market” as the Northwest Zone Manager, holding the territory of Washington state and Oregon. In 1975, Gordon transitioned to the crane business and established Lennon Crane in Bellevue, WA. Gordon found himself traveling the world in the global crane market, in which he built lifelong friends and business relationships along the way.

Scott grew up in the crane business and knew what a “rooster sheave” and “off-settable jib” were at a fairly young age.  After graduating from Washington State University and a few personal endeavors, Scott spent many years with Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers, first as Real Estate Acquisition Manager and then as Real Estate Manager-North America.  Scott remains close with many friends at Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers.     

In 2011, Scott transitioned to Lennon Crane as VP and General Manager where he manages a fleet of over 50 cranes.   Over the years, Scott has built trust and strong relationships with many companies across numerous industry sectors. 

 

brian mcmurray - service manager

Brian started his career with Lennon Crane in 1984 as a Field Crane Technician. Today, Brian manages the Lennon Crane Service Department and team of Service Technicians. Brian interacts and coordinates repairs with our customers and service team daily. Brian’s crane expertise gives him the ability to troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions to help ensure our customers don’t run into costly delays.

Having built a lifelong career in the crane industry, Brian’s leadership within the Lennon Crane service shop is instrumental to the core values we provide to our customers and the overall success of Lennon Crane.      

 

Terra Kiens - CONTROLLER

Terra has been with Lennon Crane since 2014 and is a key part of our success.  Terra is loyal and dedicated to Lennon Crane and keeps everything moving forward.  Terra has a degree in accounting and works closely with our CPA and other key stakeholders such as our lenders, insurance team, customers, vendors, etc.

Terra is responsible for all AP, AR, Canada/US Customs, tax and financial reporting, company benefits, payroll, etc.  

 
 

DELLARIE STAMM - Rental manager, business development

Dellarie has been with Lennon Crane since 2018 and currently manages fleet planning and forecasting, customer communications, logistics and contracts as the Rental Manager.  She is a consistent producer with great communication and business skills.  Dellarie works with Scott Lennon on strategic initiatives and to identify future opportunities particularly on large capital projects. She works closely with customers to develop and grow our current and new rental partnerships throughout the Western US and Canada.

scott brown - v.p. sales

New to Lennon Crane in 2024, Scott brings over 25 years of crane industry experience. Most recently as a Senior Key Account Manager at Barnhart Crane and Rigging and prior to that was with Sickelsteel Cranes and North American Crane. Scott’s main focus will be developing relationships and educating customers on the values and benefits of the Tadano line of new cranes in Washington and Oregon.

gerry threadgill - transport driver

New to Lennon Crane in 2022, Gerry brings a wealth of knowledge from his 16-year tenure hauling construction equipment with a giant in the heavy haul industry, Nelson Trucking. In his career Gerry has hauled a variety of industrial equipment from bobcats’ to backhoes to drilling equipment, primarily focusing in the last three years on hauling cranes. Gerry adds an exciting new element and skill set to our organization as our Heavy Haul Transport Driver providing additional benefits to our customers as we bring logistics and transportation in-house for our customers working on Pacific NW projects.

 

taylor pearson - Crane technician i

Taylor has been a key member of our Service Department since 2018.  Before Taylor came to Lennon Crane, Taylor served as a Crane Technician in both Colorado and Texas. Taylor has an excellent background in crane mechanics with multiple mechanical and operating certifications including the newly received and OSHA compliant Crane Assembly and Disassembly Director certification.  In addition, he has industry training and years of experience as a field service technician.

Taylor travels on-site for Lennon Crane to resolve crane issues, keeping our fleet operating at its best. His industry knowledge and field service experience make him a valued part of the Lennon Crane team.   Taylor also leads and teaches our Lennon Crane safety program.  

 

jorge mendieta - crane technician ii

Jorge has been at Lennon Crane since 2018.    He started while working on his Diesel Technology degree at Lake Washington Technical College. Jorge has been promoted many times and now is in his own Lennon Crane service truck as a Field Crane Technician.   Jorge is also a NCCCO Certified crane operator and conducts many of the OSHA crane certifications for the Lennon Crane fleet. 

 

Cody luke - crane technician i

New to Lennon Crane in 2023. Cody adds to the team with over 9 years of mechanical experience along with the unique ability to troubleshoot and rebuild RT and crawler cranes.  

Cody started his career with a degree in Aerospace Engineering out of Spartan College of Aeronautics & technology. He entered the heavy equipment & crane technician industry around 2015. He has completed some critical certifications including; Manitowoc School & Manitex School. Cody brings over 15 years experience in Electrical/Hydraulic expertise. Cody is excited to be a part of a skilled team here at Lennon Crane. He has joined on as a looks forward to meeting customers and friends of Lennon Crane.
